Representatives of the Yeremyan Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality presented the history, rich traditions, and distinctive heritage of Armenian cuisine at the prestigious Alfredo Beltrame Institute of Hospitality in Italy.
The professional exchange program was organized through the collaboration between the Academy and the Embassy of Italy in Armenia. This partnership, aimed at strengthening culinary diplomacy and fostering cultural ties between Armenia and Italy, began in 2022 with the annual Italian Cuisine Week initiative.Read more
