To identify and educate talented individuals who will become ambassadors of Armenian culture and culinary traditions worldwide, the "Yeremyan Projects" founded the "Yeremyan Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality" in 2019. This year, the Academy is celebrating its 5th anniversary. Aida Tigranyan, the director of the "Yeremyan Academy," recently summarized the Academy's five years of activity.
"Five years ago, the profession of a chef in our country was often seen as a fallback option for those unsure of their career path. Today, we can confidently say that cooking has become a dream profession for many, and the Yeremyan Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality has played a significant role in this transformation. Through the work of the Academy, we have not only changed stereotypes about the chef profession but also reshaped perceptions of all the roles essential for success in the restaurant industry."
