Mousse desserts attract us not only with their taste but also with their bright colors. European mousse dessert is a multi-layered pastry with a combination of fillings (confie, cream-yu, ganache, sablé, jelly) and delicate fruit mousse.
During this course, you will also get acquainted with the techniques of making mirror glaze and velour.
Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.
A tasting is set following the end of the course.
