The programme is intended for those, who are willing to get basic knowledge in culinary arts.
Every detail matters in culinary arts, that is why issues of discipline at a workplace, as well as the perfection of cooking techniques, are in the focus of our curriculum.
The educational programme embraces theory and practice, which allows our graduates to offer their guests a wide range of dishes all the way from cold appetizers to desserts, to work with all types of products, and master various cooking techniques such as frying, stewing, grilling and more.
Internships for participants are organized at the best restaurants in Armenia. The knowledge acquired at the Academy is best fit to start a career as a chef. The Academy provides students with special uniform and educational materials.
Participants take an exam upon the completion of the course.
Course duration: 5 months / 5 days per week, 5 hours a day.

► Safety and first aid
► History of Armenian and international cuisine
► Team communication skills
► Operation of kitchen utensils and equipment
► Mechanical and thermal processing of food products
► Meat cutting (pork, bull beef, lamb meet, veal, fish)
► Preparation of soups and sauces
► Preparation of appetizers and main dishes, application of technological processes
► Proration and decoration of desserts
► Design of recipes (recipe cards) and menus
