The programme is intended for anyone interested in making croissants regardless of their professional background.

Croissant is very popular in France, where it is served for breakfast with coffee or hot chocolate.

During this course, you will learn the complex techniques of making puff yeast-based pastry, you will get acquainted with the maturation, baking temperatures, and timing, and you will acquire the skills of decorating croissants.

Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.

A tasting is set following the end of the course.
