Japanese cuisine is everyone’s favorite, yet only few know its secrets. Cooking Japanese way is a rite in its own right and its mystery may reveal itself to only the gifted ones.
You are invited to our course to get closer to Japanese cuisine, to master in choosing fresh products, and making sushi, rolls, and maki.
Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.
A tasting is set following the end of the course.
