The programme is intended for anyone interested in Pan-Asian cuisine regardless of their professional background.


The programme includes dishes from the cuisines of various Pan-Asian countries, such as China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea.

The course is for those who like to try all kinds of rich flavor combinations.


Under the guidance of our experienced chef, you will learn to prepare appetizers, salads, soups, and main dishes․You will also master the preparation of sauces that are special to Pan-Asian cuisine, in the composition of which you will discover the 5 flavors known to all of us.


Participants are provided with an individual workspace and tools.

Tasting is planned after the course.
