This course is for those unable to imagine life without Italian cuisine either as a professional or as someone, who simply enjoys cooking for friends and special ones. The Italian cooking traditions are not limited to making only pasta.
During this 6-day course, you will familiarize with eleven detailed structured recipes designed specifically for lovers of Italian cuisine.
Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.
A tasting is set following the end of the course.
