The programme is intended for anyone interested in making chocolate regardless of their professional background.


Chocolate is one of the most popular confectionery products. It is used in making cakes, mousse desserts, chocolate candies, and in the decoration of cakes.

Our pastry chef will help you to discover all the secrets of chocolate making. You will learn about chocolate recipes and production technology, as well as gain useful practical knowledge of making chocolate, which can be used in production or in everyday life.

Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.


A tasting is set following the end of the course.


Course duration: 2 days / 5 hours per day.
