Our pastry chef will help you to discover all the secrets of chocolate making. You will learn about chocolate recipes and production technology, as well as gain useful practical knowledge of making chocolate, which can be used in production or in everyday life.
Participants are provided with individual workspace and tools.
A tasting is set following the end of the course.
